Our Heritage is one of love, dedication, sacrifice and blessings. From humble beginnings, our forefathers laid the groundwork from which future generations have built upon. 1869-1870 Fr. Henry Hueser said his first Mass in a two-story brick house on Fain Court. A small house at the intersection of Buffalo Road and Groh Street was converted into "St. Joseph's church."
The German Catholic Homestead Society deeded 5 acres for parish use and 5 acres for a parish cemetery. The property was bounded by Berger Street, Kramer Avenue, Groh Street, .....(to read more click the link below)
